Purpose

These Terms of Service (TOS) govern access to and use of Eruptivo, available at www.eruptivo.com (referred to as the « Site »). The site is operated by Aurélien MARTIN and hosted in France by the company Scaleway. By accessing the site, you accept these TOS without reservation.

Access

Access to the site is restricted to adults. Access may require creating a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. The operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend or interrupt access for maintenance or updates.

User account

The information provided when creating your account must be accurate and up to date. Each user is responsible for the use of their account. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Subscription and payment

The site offers paid subscriptions (« Premium »), billed via Stripe, a secure payment provider. We do not store your banking information. All transactions are secure and comply with European standards. Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the chosen frequency (monthly or yearly). Payments already made are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user account. Cancellation disables automatic renewal, but your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual property

The site and its content (texts, images, sounds, videos, source code, graphics) are the exclusive property of Eruptivo or its partners. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

User obligations

Respect other users and do not disrupt the operation of the site. Do not use third-party software to modify or exploit the Site fraudulently. Do not publish illegal, defamatory, violent, or infringing content.

Liability

Eruptivo cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site, service interruptions, or technical issues. We commit to making every effort to ensure continuity and security of the service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These TOS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Modification of the TOS

Eruptivo reserves the right to modify the TOS at any time. Users will be informed of modifications via the site. Continuing to use the site constitutes acceptance of the updated TOS.
